Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Pinegrow Online subscription payments may be refunded and how consumed AI credits affect eligible refunds.

Yearly Plan Refund Window

Yearly Pinegrow Online subscriptions are eligible for a refund if the refund request is made within 30 days of the yearly subscription purchase or renewal.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals, but monthly payments do not include this 30 day refund guarantee unless required by law or agreed by us in writing.

AI Credit Deduction

Approved refunds for yearly plans are reduced by any AI credits consumed during the subscription period being refunded. Consumed AI credits are valued at 100 credits = 1 USD.

For example, if 500 AI credits were consumed, 5 USD will be deducted from the eligible refund amount. AI credit deductions cannot make the refund amount less than zero.

Taxes, Fees, and Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for paid orders and processes approved refunds, including payment, tax, invoice, and return handling.

Taxes, VAT, currency conversion, bank fees, and payment provider rules may affect the final amount and timing of a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with the email address used for the subscription and the Paddle order or invoice details if available.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
