This Privacy Policy explains how Pinegrow Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Pinegrow Online, including the browser-based editor, account pages, billing flows, websites, APIs, and related services.

Who We Are

Pinegrow Online is operated by Pinegrow Pte. Ltd., 30 Petain Road, Singapore. References to we, us, and our mean Pinegrow Pte. Ltd.

Information We Collect

Account information. We may collect your email address, name, authentication identifiers, organization information, subscription status, and related account metadata.

Project and editor content. We process projects, files, code, text, images, media, project metadata, revisions, and other content you create, upload, edit, store, publish, or share through Pinegrow Online.

Billing information. Paid orders are processed by Paddle.com as our online reseller and Merchant of Record. We receive billing metadata needed to activate and manage subscriptions, such as subscription identifiers, transaction status, plan information, and tax or invoice metadata. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Usage and device information. We may collect log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, editor actions, timestamps, errors, diagnostics, and security events.

Communications. If you contact us, subscribe to a newsletter, join a support channel, or respond to messages from us, we may process your contact details and message content.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the Service, understand usage, and provide editor functionality.

If you use Pinegrow Online as a guest, projects may be saved in your browser storage. Clearing browser data or using another device may make those guest projects unavailable.

Payments

Paddle.com handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, refunds, and payment-related customer service for paid subscriptions. Paddle's handling of payment information is governed by Paddle's own terms and privacy policy.
